Our experience in web design has led us to one conclusion: Everyone requires something different. Everyone's needs are unique. One company's solution is vastly different from another's. Every web site design is one of a kind. There is no "out-of-the-box" solution...nor should there be.
When beginning the design of a new site, we take a fresh look at the latest developments in currently available software delivery mechanisms. With Internet technology moving at it's current blinding pace, today's solution may be significantly different than that of six months ago, and six months from now, will again mutate. Our approach is to target the overall objective of the website, and to then seek out the most efficient, cost-effective, and most technologically viable method to achieve the stated objective. Simply put, every site we design utilizes the most widely used, easily accessible technology in use at the moment of design. In addition, emphasis is heavily placed on broad-based accessibility by the largest number of users possibleµregardless of their computing platform or choice of browser.
Using the latest technology is one aspect of good design, however, that alone does not produce a great website. How that technology is deployed in the way of user interface is perhaps even more important. Just as each site's objective varies widely, so too does the nature of each target audience. For example, a site selling teddy bears is quite different than that of a non-profit organization's site devoted to health issues for example. Not only is the objective uniquely different, but so too is the target audience. Special attention is paid to address the unique target audience/demographic of each website we build.
Together, these two factors: currently available technology and target audience, are perhaps the two key issues that most impact the customization and uniqueness we build into every website right from the start. Special attention is placed on ease of use. Every site we design is thoroughly tested and re-tested to improve upon the user interface to make it a breeze to navigate as well as visually descriptive. In this way visitors are able maximize their time spent at the site interacting with the content, NOT the interface. This makes for entertained, informed visitors and ultimately, an effective website.
