We were referred by another client to the folks at Re-Elect Tom Harman for Assemblyman. After our initial meeting to get to know each other and talk about budget, we came to an agreement for the design, as well as a cost to maintain the site on a monthly basis.
We were given a FAT STACK of printouts from several existing political campaign sites to show design elements and navigational schemes they liked and wanted to include in their site, as well as aspects of other sites they disliked and wanted to steer clear of.
Design of the site began just after 9/11, so it was "in the air" to go with a strong flag-oriented design.
As for content, we were given a lot of disconnected information that had to be crafted into a logical, navigable web presence. This happens quite often and we have become experts at dealing with content supplied in this "typical" fashion.
The site went live late December 2001.

Most of our work comes referrals. That means our work speaks for itself.
