This is the "all important" Title tag that helps Google (and other search engines) categorize the page and rank it among searches for the key phrase.

This is the short blurb of text that appears beneath the Blue, bolded underlined results when the page does come up in a search. It helps the user say to themselves "This 'echoes' my search phrase and pertains to the thing I am searching for".

These are the "hidden" phrases that further help search engines categorize a page. Google has publicly stated they no longer use keywords in this fashion, but other search engines still do, so they are still important to include with each page.

Not only is this text big and bold, it is "coded" to indicate importance to the search engines.

Job Search San Diego

Same thing with this sub-header text.

You Done A "Job Search San Diego". Now What?

It's all downhill from here, right? You've done the search, you have a list of job opportunities. You send out your resume and they hire you, right? Great. Do that now and wait a few weeks. No calls yet? That figures. You know why? Yours is one of probably hundreds of resumes they've received. They send them all through the resume scanning software and presto! There are now only a dozen or so resumes left! Those people got calls. They "weeded out" those resumes that did not impress the scanning software and more than likely yours was in that batch. What to do now? You need help! Simply running a job search San Diego is what everyone does. You have to step up your game. You have to make your resume look attractive. Then maybe you'll get a call. How do you do that? Give us a call at Chessmen Career Movers and we'll talk about it. Then we'll talk about the next step: the Interview. Because no matter how many calls you get, if you don't look like success, act like confidence is flowing through your whole being, and sound amazing — better than 99% of the other applicants — you're wasting your time. What to do? Again, call Chessmen Career Movers. We've been at the job counseling game for over 25 years and we know the rules. We know what prospective employers want to see, hear and feel when they interview you. We know why they ask certain questions, and with our help and guidance, we can craft the perfect answer for YOU. Not a "canned reply", but the answer that is based on your work experience... your special skills... your unique personality. Because that's what we do. We work with you to help you develop the perfect "you" that will ace the interview and get you that job.

The Chessmen process is a lot of work on your part. We don't have a magic wand to wave over you and magically transform you into the most perfect job candidate, but with our coaching and your willingness to learn the techniques and strategies — and put them into practice, we can almost guarantee that you will find a great job. It's simple. When you walk into that interview more confident than you've ever been, it shows. Then when you answer every question (and ask a few of your own that we'll talk about), they are impressed. Then you get the call for the follow-up interview, and you know you're on a roll! You go in and you ace that. And so on until they make you an offer. All of this because you've been coached in the best way possible by the Chessmen professionals. But even then, it doesn't stop at the job offer. There's a right way and wrong way to deal with that too. For example, take a quick read of this article published in the San Diego Reader by Chessmen president Richard Knappen titled "They Offered You a Job. Now What?" It's an example of the type of tactics and strategies Chessmen uses to prepare you for absolutely every aspect of the job seeking process. We've been at it successfully for over 25 years in the San Diego area, and we know our stuff. There is no Job Search San Diego scenario that we can't turn into a "person hired San Diego". We do it all the time.

It's time now to make that call. Or not. You could just keep running the Job Search San Diego phrase and hope to get lucky.... Chessmen Career Movers: (619) 296-8828.
